General Admissions Steps:

Enquiry and Campus Visit:

Prospective families are encouraged to visit our Saar (Infant/Junior) or Isa Town (Senior) Campus to experience our facilities firsthand. Our Admissions Team is available to guide you through the application process.
Application Submission:

Complete the online pre-registration form available on our website. An application fee of BD 100 per child is required.
Document Provision:
Submit necessary documents, including passports, CPRs, recent school reports, and vaccination records. Specific requirements may vary by year group.
Assessment and Evaluation:

Applicants undergo age-appropriate assessments to determine suitability. This may involve play-based observations for younger children or formal tests for older students.
Offer and Acceptance:

Successful applicants receive an offer pack via email, including an invoice for the non-refundable registration fee of BD 1,250. To accept, return the signed acceptance form and pay the registration fee by the specified date.

Nursery (Age 3):


Programme Options:

  • Half Day: 7:50 AM – 12:15 PM
  • Full Day: 7:50 AM – 2:25 PM - Full-day attendees participate in SPARTA sessions led by specialised coaches.
  • Assessment: Play-based observations conducted on-site.
Reception to Year 2 (Ages 4–7): 


Assessment: Play-based evaluations focusing on social, emotional, and early academic skills.

Placement: Year group placement is tentative and may be adjusted to best suit the child’s needs.

Years 3 to 6 (Ages 7–11):


Assessment: Evaluations in English, Mathematics, and general ability.

Additional Information: Review of previous school reports and possible interviews.

Years 7 to 13 (Ages 11–18):


Assessment: Formal testing in core subjects and general ability.

Additional Information: Consideration of previous academic records and potential interviews.
