St Christopher's School is delighted to announce the appointment of Mohammed Jalal Contracting as the lead contractor for the construction of our new Senior School campus in Al Raffa. This significant milestone was marked by the formal signing of the Letter of Award by our Chair of Governors, Mr. Maarten Geeraerts, and Mr. Ahmed M. Jalal, Managing Director of Mohammed Jalal and Sons W.L.L., on Wednesday, September 25th.
The signing ceremony was attended by key representatives from all project partners. In attendance were Mr. Ali Abdulkarim, Group Head of Corporate & Commercial Banking at the National Bank of Bahrain (NBB); Mr. Christian Boujaoude, General Manager at DG Jones and Partners; Mr. Thamer Salahuddin, Vice Chairman of the Board & Managing Director at MSCEB; and Mr. Nick Hodgson of BWS.
With this important step, the project will now move into the construction phase, with completion expected by spring 2026.

The new Senior School will offer state-of-the-art facilities and will significantly enhance the educational experience for students, ensuring that St Christopher’s remains at the forefront of academic excellence in the region.
